The optimized spiral angle of 38°-41° helps reduce cutting heat, improves chip removal efficiency, and ensures smoother machining.
Suitable for machining a wide range of materials, including cast iron (S50C/HT250/Q235), alloy steels (P20/H13/D2), tool steels, quenched and tempered steels (NAK80/718H/FDAC), heat-treated steels (SKD61/1.2343ESR), stainless steels (SUS304/316/316L), and titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V), it performs excellently within a hardness range of 22HRC to 55HRC.
