NNC-4RSP 4-flute deep groove round nose end mills are available in a wide range of sizes, from 0.5mm to 12mm diameter, with common groove lengths of 2mm, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm, and total lengths of 50mm, 60mm and above. This variety accommodates different depths and contours, allowing for flexible operation even in tight spaces.
These end mills feature a deep groove round nose design, combined with a 35° helix angle, to ensure effective chip evacuation and stability at considerable cutting depths. The round nose geometry with a circular transition reduces cutting resistance, improves cutting smoothness, and helps achieve a better surface finish while minimizing vibrations, thereby improving machining accuracy.
The tool is produced by high-precision CNC grinding, using a (0.4μm) ultra-fine grain carbide substrate for excellent sharpness and wear resistance. Its latest chromium-aluminum composite coating provides excellent oxidation and wear resistance at high temperatures, ensuring stable performance even at high speeds and feed rates.
